The main ingredients are coconut butter, shea butter, 100% vitamin E, citronella, avocado, and aloe vera plant

*which all have natural benefits to help with dry skin and severely dry skin, eczema, slowly improve collagen, and hydrate skin. It is best used after showering and can be worn everywhere except the face if skin is acne prone. It is recommended to apply as many times as you feel fit daily and rub in completely if wearing linen or silk to allow it to absorb into skin before getting dressed.
